Ill just keep blasting my experience on Amazon reviews. Can you imagine, Roku is selling a security system 🤣 Based on my experience with guest mode and Roku's completely ineffectual customer service, I would never, never ever, ever buy this product. Its sad I had to hear from another user about a potential fix and not from Ruku themselves. It must be a nightmare working there.
