I recently broke my tv and won't get another till Oct. They tried to charge account only to realize I needed to contact them . Anyone have a working phone number. Please and thank you.

i have a problem with you guys you are getting paid two time from me. one from my account and one from capital one. and i have told you i only want paramont and not the other one you are chargeing me 11.98 and that is not right

How do I contact the account and billing department? I have searched Roku.com for a couple hours without success looking for a customer service phone number or email address or any opportunity to communicate with a person. This is as close as I have gotten. Please provide details or a link to contact the A&B department. Thank you in advance for information provided.
You have to start at https://support.roku.com/contactus . If you're lucky, you can get to a chat option. I'm not sure how lucky you'll be on the weekend. Choose the option for "Account, billing & subscriptions" (or something like that).
