Failing to Activate : I am using a Nowtv 3801UK model. Failing to activate when I entered Post code 10101 on Nowtv platform. The error message shows invalid. What should I do? I am in Lusaka, Zambia. Please help me.

Those NowTV boxes aren't full-fledged Roku devices.  You can't activate them with a Roku account and you can probably only activate them in regions NowTV supports.  Not to mention, I vaguely remember reading that NowTV was discontinuing support for them, although that could have been one of the other similar devices that isn't really a Roku device.  Either way, Roku can't help you with that problem.
