I need some help. I cannot sign in or log in since someone compromised my email address. How can I change a new email address from old email address.

We understand that you want to change your old email address. For this matter, it would be effective for you to contact our Account-Billing team directly, as they are the best ones who can further assist you.
You can visit our Account-Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. There should be an option to talk to one of our live representatives.

You can change to a different email address yourself, as long as you know the email address and password needed to log into your Roku account.
Log in at https://my.roku.com, then click the purple UPDATE button below "Account Information".
When changes you make there take effect, when confirmed, will not only change the email address shown via Settings > System > About on any Roku device(s) linked to that account, it will also update your login email for that account.
