If you're having this issue, you might try the following troubleshooting steps to see if it resolves the issue:
Try this...
- Uninstall and then reinstall the App. This will reboot the App and try to log in again to it.
- Try resetting your account password. If you're having trouble logging in to the App, reset the password on the website. Learn more about retrieving your Roku Account password here.
- If none of these issues are resolved, you may need to check if you downloaded the correct Roku app. You can check it here to verify if it's the correct App: Roku Mobile App Official.
