Not working for me
I whole-heartedly agree. I'm constantly having to reset my tv the way I had it. And good luck trying to talk to a real person.
I WHOLE-HEARTEDLY AGEE WITH BRAT FACE . SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME I WATCH TV THEY'VE CHANGED A SETTING AND THE YOU HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT, JUST LEAVE IT ALONE. OR HAVE A LIVE PERSON YOU CAN TALK TO HELP FIX THE PROBLEM

I have struggled for weeks and kept doing a factory reset to try to get channel lineup on streaming channels
solution was actually easy all along and I didn’t see it
highlight the area that normally shows the channel number
tap the asterisk and channel options appear
click sort channel list
select by channel number

Thank you so much for putting these directions to getting the channel numbers back. I was totally lost in there without them!!! I thought something was wrong with my TV... then decided to ask the internet... Thank you again!
With your remote in the guide, move left from the shows "name" to the channel's icon, you will see a note that ops up that says * for options... click your * button then the menu should pop up ... move down to "sort channel list" and choose that one, then another menu will pop up... chose "by channel number"... they should all reappear... all mine did when I did that... hope it helps!
Me either! I guess Roku did it, but I put the channel numbers back
WHY THE **bleep** HAVE YOU REARRANGED & CHANGED THE CHANNEL NUMBERS???
