Audio missing when playing some mp4 files on express 3930 but function correctly on Roko TV
After OS upgrade to Ver 14.0 on all my Roku devices, some mp4 files on Roku Express 3930 are missing Audio but play correctly on Roko TV TCL model 43S40S. The mp4 files worked correctly before the OS upgrade to version 14.0. I am streaming to both Roku devices from the same Windows Media Player Legacy app running on windows 11 pro.

Do you have any of the "Volume modes" enabled (night, leveling)? Can you use something like MediaInfo to compare a working file with one that doesn't work?
