I hope this message finds you well.
I have a 55” Sharp Roku TV. Unfortunately, the “Sound Mode” option is not available for me, and I am unable to connect my headphones or external speakers directly to the TV.
I do not want to stream music through my phone; I would like to connect my devices directly to the TV itself.
Could you please check and assist me with this issue?
I live in Germany.
