Issue Connecting Headphones/Speakers Directly to 55” Sharp Roku TV

Dear [Support Team/Customer Service],

 

I hope this message finds you well.

 

I have a 55” Sharp Roku TV. Unfortunately, the “Sound Mode” option is not available for me, and I am unable to connect my headphones or external speakers directly to the TV.

I do not want to stream music through my phone; I would like to connect my devices directly to the TV itself.

Could you please check and assist me with this issue?

I live in Germany.

First, make sure your Bluetooth device is compatible, turned on, and in pairing mode. Also, check if the Roku TV is updated by going to Settings > System > System Update.
