Your post is not helpful it's an issue with the app. Sending out a generic post on how to connect a Bluetooth headset when nobody hears talking about that is a waste of our time. This is very silly that in 2024 there's skipping in the bluetooth. Please respond immediately how to resolve this or get a full refund from Roku thanks

Before we proceed, can you please specify the apps affected by this? Also, have you tried deleting the app > rebooting your mobile (or any device your Roku mobile app is installed to) device > and re-installing it to see if this will make any difference? If not, we highly suggest so.

The same issue happens on multiple cell phones.
The app seems to be the issue. I am fully aware of how to connect a BT device to the cell phone. The issue actually happens even with a wired headphone so it appears to be the roku app or the roku 4k stream stick. How can I return it for a refund or a better roku device that fixes this issue.
