I'm sorry it took me this long to notice. I have tried your suggestion and no improvement.
My hearing aid provider suggested switching from Roku. If you read the reviews on ROKU on earing aid issues one can come to the conclusion ROKU is not in a hurry to fix this problem.
Like most apps out there work fine with Apple phones and mot very well with Android phones.
