This started a few days ago, Randomly, the outline around the icon you are on is no longer there. The only way you can tell what you are selecting is the text at the top of the screen.
There is also no text highlighted in any of the settings options when you move up and down the selections.
After a reboot, it comes back and works normally, only to do it again randomly a day or so later.
