Just wanted to say thanks, this definitely worked to remove the latency between my Harmony and Roku.  It has been driving me crazy for a couple of months.

Holy smokes you’re a genius. This worked perfectly. Saved me such frustration.

1. Delete Roku from Harmony
2. Disconnect Roku's Power cord.
3. Add Roku as a New Device
   
   • The process will look for Roku on your network
   • when it doesnt find it, it will let you continue.
   • If it finds other Rokus, remove their power cords also.
4. Go to Hub Assignment Settings.
5. Change Roku to "Remote Control" instead of Hub.
6. Sync your Remote/Hub.
7. Reconnect Roku
