We have a current Roku account. It is connected to an old email address that is no longer accessible, and we didn’t realize what problems this would create until recently.
roku automatically renewed/charged us $149.99 for an MLB subscription we no longer want. Online support indicates we need to cancel it through our settings. The problem is that we do not know our password to access settings. When we try the “forgot password” option, it is generating the resolution to the obselete email.
it’s a vicious cycle. Meanwhile, we are out $149 and cannot get ahold of anyone via phone or otherwise to help.
