Hi, I’ve been trying to connect my 55inch sharp Roku to with my Alexa but when I try the steps my Alexa doesn’t find my tv. I’ve been told by an Alexa support person that my tv may not be compatible but it says that my tv is on the user manual and on all other websites I’ve looked at.
its on version 14.1, model 55FJ2K
