I installed my AT&T internet Air router/modem last night and now Paramount + will not fully load. There are no Avatars and the channel guide has not pictures. I have unplugged the TV and my Roku streaming stick and restarted everything multiple times - still no change. The speed is more than adequate.

With the loss of icons/images, sounds like the Roku is not connected to the internet.
Try performing a Network Connection Reset on the Roku device.
Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Network Connection Reset/Reset Connection
I have tried all that - I am in fact connected to the internet. The problem is with the Paramount + app and Roku.

May we know if this is the only app affected by this? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Have you tried to remove the app > perform a system reboot > and reinstall the app to see if it will make any difference?
Also, kindly try to connect your Roku streaming stick to an alternative network connection such as a mobile hotspot to see if this resolves the issue.

Thank you Carly! We ended up having to start over with installation - more or less and that fixed that issue. Now I can't get the Paramount App to let me update to the correct Live TV feed. I have tried to
contact Paramount + but have not received a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
