I am happy to give you any information you need, but I will not retype stuff twice or three times because you are too lazy to get in this short thread. Come on!
You have everything you have asked for there.
Regards,
Mike
Thanks for replying, @mchilson!
We understand, and we've already come across all the info. However, we were looking for a short video clip, that was requested by the engineering team so they will be able to look closely. If you happen to have this, the team would really appreciate if you could provide one.
Thanks again,

Below is a short video of what is happening. I have already tried removing, restarting, and reading the affected apps.

I am very quickly loosing confidence that the developers are capable of fixing the issues they created. Really? Needing a video clip to show an app not launching? That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard?
Recently, when the TV reboots itself randomly, if we are lucky enough that it pulls down a new GC version the TV will work for a while before it auto updates the CG and it fails again.
we know when it will work for a while because the background changes on its own and all the icons for the hdmi ports are changed.
my 65 inch TCL RoKU TV Model 7133x bricked itself again today.
Apps not working, none of the HDMI ports will display anything. Menu works though, for all it is worth as it has no ability to launch anything from the menu.
Software version 14.1.4 build 7709-30. GC version 13.63.13 Issue ID 91-134-235
Had to do a factory rest again, and once again go through the registration process for the TV, wait for it to update the system and update 64 apps. Then I have to go through the apps and resign into each one again. This is beyond annoying and it appears ROKU is doing nothing about it.
After reset the TV works again. For how long is unknown as it will reset itself, or lock up, or something in the near future. That is a given with the current system.
The working system right now is 14.1.4 build 7709-30 CG Version 13.6.13 Issue ID 91-134-247
I have asked for contact information for someone who can address the issue before and have been directly refused. This refusal is going down as part of a breach of contract and I will be contacting those involved in legal as well as those involved in investing to be sure they are well aware of exactly where this issue is going in the next few months.
