While the content is playing, press the asterick (*) button on your Roku remote and under "Accessibility and Language" , try selecting a different Audio Track.
Occasionally you may find an audio track will have an narrative audio track enabled by default. (accessibility feature for impaired). May have to cycle through the available audio tracks if they are not labeled.
