Please check that the video cable is firmly connected to the back of your external device and to the HDMI or composite connector on the TV.
If you're encountering an issue with your Roku TV manufactured by a Roku partner, start by contacting your Roku TV manufacturer. Each TV manufacturer provides direct support for their TV models.
