I went out and bought a roku stick to see if maybe there was something internal wrong with the tv - however when i plugged the new roku tv stick - nothing.  

This time it's able to find the local wifi but can't connect =/

mine is doing same thing. Mac Address all 0's my system info. does not even show our network when trying to connect.

I am having this issue. I would like to try downgrading my software but I don't see a way to do anything up updating. I have manually updated and still show all zeros for a MAC address and no network being found, yet all other devices in my home connected to Wifi

My brand new 55S535 TV was upgraded a couple of days after I received it and now my MAC address is all zeros. The ethernet connection works fine. I have factory reset, power cycled and upgraded via USB and nothing worked.
