I have fiber optic internet and it's super fast...now all of the sudden my roku tv keeps saying it's not connected to the network. I have tried updating, and clearing cache, and soft reset, and network reset. Issue ID 0A-043-458

Don't get an error message just the device freezes or the circle comes on the TV and starts spinning

To investigate this concern further, when did this issue happen?
Have you tried to Connect your Roku TV to a mobile hotspot? If it works, there may be an issue with your Wi-Fi. Contact your internet service provider for help.

It doesn't work
No recent changes and the same amount as we always do at any given time there could be 3 phones and 2 t s and a xbox. I have had the same internet for over a year and never any problems until last couple of days.
