Our TCL Roku TV has been experiencing boot loops and crashes/restarts for weeks.
TV Model: 50S435
Hardware ID: C138X
Serial Number: X00000LD94P7
Software Version: 14.1
We have tried factory resets, clearing the cache, uninstalling/reinstalling/updating all the channels, checking for software updates, and have verified the power cord/outlet is not damaged and receiving enough power.
This also happened back in early October 2024 after a software update, then seemed to resolve itself. It started up again in January (again after a software update).
The TV is only a couple years old - I expect a longer lifespan out of this type of purchase.
