No tv inputs in settings on 65" Roku select tv

I've been trying to help my dad set up his new 65-in Roku TV select series to get antenna tv there is no option anywhere in the settings that says TV inputs.. I have a tcl Roku TV so I'm not new to Roku use but his TV is frustrating me! I've tried everything in the help forum.
