Recently certain textures remain the screen during video playback. For example, an app might show the maturity rating in the top left corner and then stay up there. Then I can exit the app, enter another app, and when playback starts, it shows up there again. It only happens while video is playing. I've found only power cycling the TV resets it. Doesn't happen consistently, but once it happens it stays up there until the hard reset.
Here's some pictures I posted on reddit:

Here are a couple videos that exhibit the behavior. One in Hulu where while watching the video I can see the Amazon spinner and ad badge in the corner. And another in Netflix where the video preview shows the spinner and ad badge. Again, anything with a video element.

Here are a couple more examples just to drive home the point from the Roku home screen. This is using the Amazon ad badge, but a variety of textures have gotten stuck like this. Usually some element of the UX like the progress bar or the maturity rating. And it's gotten stuck from several apps like the Hulu maturity texture showing up in Youtube.
One example video, Amazon ad badge shows up during Hulu boot. Another, Amazon ad badge shows up in Roku store playing trailer.
