I've been dealing with the same issue for the last 6 months. My TCL Roku TV will just randomly turn off and attempt to restart but doesn't get past the boot screen and attempts to reboot again. I've noticed that when it successfully reboots the white led status light on the bottom of the TV blinks 4 times. And more than 4 and it's stuck in a boot loop. This issue has been maddening for someone who enjoys gaming.

Mine has done the same right after it was updated. Can't get to any screen to factory reset. Doesn't go past tcl Roku tv screen
I unplugged my TV overnight.
when I plugged it back in I was able to get to the screen to reset it.

We did the factory reset as suggested by customer service 3 times. It doesn't work. I contacted support separately, and now they're saying it needs to be done TEN TIMES!!!!!
I'm annoyed. This is a complete joke.
Hey everyone, recently I been having an issue with my tv not working. I’ve had this Roku tv for about 2 years and nd it isn’t damaged at all to my knowledge. Recently I moved and today I just plugged in my tv but it’s stuck at the start screen that says “tcl Roku tv 4k HDR” and it constantly restarts. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, changing outlets, and giving it a few minutes to get itself together but it still isn’t working. Anyone have any fixes for this? This tv was about 500$ and I’m not really in the financial situation to buy a new one
My tv is constantly looping in the menu... I need to select a langage, right after I need to connect my tv to the Internet and then, it tells me that I need to update my tv. Well, I don't know why, but right after the 'update' my tv restart and I'm stuck on a Roku tv screen for like 2-3 minutes! After, I need to do all the steps I've already been through again! Started to do this few hours ago today!
