Thanks for reaching out. We'd be happy to suggest some troubleshooting steps to help you turn on your TCL Roku TV.
If you experience a black screen on your TCL Roku TV that doesn't power on, we highly recommend unplugging it from a power outlet and replugging it.
If the issue persists, it could be a hardware issue, and it is highly recommended that you directly raise your concern to your TV manufacturer. We only support your TV's running software operating system, which does not include hardware issues such as TV power.
