Firstly, we must ensure you have successfully initiated a factory reset on your TCL Roku TV. This will set you back to default and clear all the existing data to make it your own.
After doing so, create your own Roku account and link it to your TV. Furthermore, regarding the remote, kindly contact the manufacturer or look for Roku remotes under TCL because they have their own remote hardware.
