TCL ROKU Channel Guide time is not sync
For months now, the channel guide is off by several days. It often initially displays the correct date, then within a few seconds it jumps to 2-3-4 days into the future. So the guide is completely useless. None of the system resets, power resets, changing zip code user-solutions work. This is a ROKU problem and the technical group must be bery incompetent.

32" TCL TV listed times are all over the place
TV works for the most part, but short story long, I suffer from ocd and the freaking times no being in sync is an instant trigger that had me doing multiple full factory resets just for it to display an hour behind.

- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- What channel and what version/build is the channel that is having the issue? (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
- A photo or video clip referring to the issue,
The information we'll receive will be forwarded to the appropriate Roku team, and further actions will be taken to address the issue.
