I have the same issue. Has anybody ever been able to get this fixed?
My soundbar mostly flashes orange. My soundbar remote doesnt work anymore (the green indiciator just flashes green). When I turn on the TV with my TV remote and select Roku Soundbar it just says "No signal (is it on?). When I "factory reset" by holding the reset button for 30 secs or 1 minute or longer nothing happens. The light just keeps flashing orange.

We understand that you are receiving an error message when you tried to use your Roku Streambar. Have you selected the correct input (source) selected on your TV? Check the video cable is firmly connected to the back of your Roku player and to the HDMI or composite connector on the TV. Or try connecting the Roku player to a different input on the TV to see if the problem is with the connector on the TV.
If the issue does not resolve by checking the steps above, kindly provide the serial number of your Roku Streambar so we can assist you further. The Roku audio device has its serial number or device ID printed on the bottom or back of the product.
Please keep us posted on what you find out.

I checked the HDMI - it used the work with that HDMI.
Here is the serial number of the soundbar: YL007L193185
