I mentioned in an earlier post that I tried a new HDMI, a new optical cable, confirmed the use of an ARC port and then also disabled all sound modes such as leveling. I also tried changing my LG TV setting to force CEC and also PCM. I reset both my TV and the Roku sound bar. All of these trouble shooting steps have been mentioned countless times on the link I posted earlier, but no resolution has been outlined to my knowledge for over a year.
I just started up my second replacement for the second time and it started making crackling noises with the image cutting out again.

It's been over a month for me, no resolution.
Yes, the device id is 2A118F954973. I can't see how to attach a video here but I have attached a picture during the issue.
