My audio is very unpredictable. Sometimes it’s low, sometimes it’s loud and sometimes it is just static. I have verified all of the settings and changed the cables multiple times. Resetting the streambar helps for a short while but the issue continues.

Hello! @Sara148,

How to fix audio and video issues after setup
If your Streambar is connected to your TV's HDMI ARC port, you might experience a delay in hearing audio when the TV is turned on. This delay happens because the TV needs time to set up the audio channel through the HDMI ARC port. To avoid this delay, connect your Streambar to the optical and regular HDMI ports on your TV instead.
If no sound is playing from your Streambar, try the following steps.
- Check the cable connections. Unplug your HDMI and optical cable (if used), then plug them back in to ensure they are correctly seated.
- Turn up the volume. Use your Roku remote to make sure the volume is turned up.
- Check your TV audio format settings. The Roku Streambar SE cannot play Dolby Audio or DTS audio formats. Make sure your TV audio format is set to PCM-Stereo (or Stereo). If you need help changing settings, refer to the user manual or online documentation for your TV.
