I have a Starz subscription and I want to watch it on my Roku TV but I can't find the channel I haver searched many times and very careful to write it correctly but it is not on the channel library. What can I do?
Hi @LizbetG,
Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community!
You can set the region on your account by reactivating your Roku streaming device. To do this, you need to perform a factory reset to your Roku streaming device, and then reactivating it will automatically detect the exact region you're currently in. Kindly be informed that factory resetting your device will remove your channels, and reset your settings, and will need to re-authenticate some channels. For more information on how to factory reset your Roku device, kindly refer here: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?
We hope this works.
All the best,
Kash
@LizbetG Are you in the United States or a region where Starz is available?
Yes I'm In the US
@LizbetG, can you add it from this link?
https://channelstore.roku.com/details/14b058d40b5893ab8b3883e4ed2f2815/starz
Is there any chance your Roku account was not created in the US or when you created it you were using a VPN or something similar that masked your true location?
When i click on the link it takes me to the home page.
Yes actually I created my account in Mexico, but I have been in the US the past 3 years. Do you know if there is a way i can change my accounts country?
