Start up screen upon installation. Is this normal?
I just purchased a 43" unit from Walmart and got a strange screen during start up. It looks like a screen crash report for screen damage. Funny that the screen fully operates but I can't go beyond that screen. Is this a major problem? I am including a pic of of the issue. I had the unit delivered and, since I am disabled, returning it physically to the store would be a major chore. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!Photo on Start Up

You should give Eduardo a call over at his TV repair shop. Looks like he has dealt with this issue before.
