Black screen with full sound and ability to navigate Roku dashboard
When tuning into any live or DVD-recorded television channel or Netflix/Prime video movies, I get a black screen, I have full sound. I am able to see my usual Roku dashboard with all channels. I can navigate to a specific live channel or a recorded movie. As soon as I enter the live channel or movie, I'm back to a black screen. I've disconnected, unplugged, and reassembled everything. Any ideas?
