I purchased my ROKU TV brand new from Walmart 6 months ago and have had no problems until recently. My TV screen has all of a sudden started glitching and flickering across the screen.. I’ve tried restarting my TV, unplugging it, and also did a full factory reset, none of this has fixed the issue.
Contact TCL. It should be covered by their warranty.

That definitely looks like a bad screen. I would suggest attempting to get it replaced under warranty.
