Samsung TV stuck on recovery mode

Same thing all day today Samsung TV on recovery mode-prompts on tv to enter language then wireless or Ethernet, then password.  connects to Internet but constantly states software update failed.

If you're encountering an issue with your Roku TV manufactured by a Roku partner, start by contacting the TV manufacturer. Each TV manufacturer provides direct support for its models.

In this case, we highly recommend contacting directly your TV manufacturer to report the problem and get help.
