my roku tv is stuck on guest mode. everytime i click exit, it tells le to put my pin number in, then says resetting. after it resets and turns back on, it goes straight back to the guest mode. i’ve tried factory resetting it with the button in the back, went through the steps, and it went back to guest mode. i don’t know how to get out of it
