Well it is Saturday now and we haven't had any disconnect problems since we switched everything off overnight.  Perhaps it just need to have a reset every now and then, I remember when we had the satellite we had to do a reset every so often, to avoid some of the same. I am crossing my fingers hoping this is it!

Welp, it’s happening again. The same thing as before. Can you help me find a solution to this? It’s becoming really annoying.

We see that you're experiencing the same behavior again, and we appreciate you getting back to us.

Could you tell us when you started seeing the issue occur? Is this the same exact step as before that led you to this kind of issue? In addition, have you tried powercycling your Roku TV and rebooting your router, then trying again to see if you're still seeing the same issue occur?

Help us figure out what's going on by providing more information.

The issue started happening like 5 weeks ago again and yes I tried rebooting my wifi I don’t know what is leading my tv to do this it just happens out of the blue. What is powercycling? 

I’ve tried resetting the tv.

Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? Are all the other streaming channels operating normally? In addition, have you tried reconnecting your Roku to a solid wireless network to see if that helps resolve the issue you are seeing?
