Roku subwoofer pro and speakers making popping sound every couple minutes randomly

I have a TCL R635 with a soundbar pro, subwoofer pro and 4 wireless Roku speakers and the subwoofer and 2 speakers set up for about 4-5 months no issue then randomly 1 day started making popping noises every few minutes. I have reset/ unpaired- repaired/ changed leveling settings and hasn’t fixed anything

Our team is currently aware of the issue and is undergoing an in-depth investigation regarding it. That being said, would you be so kind as to provide us with the following information?

  • Roku device or TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
  • Clip of the said audio issue

Once a few more pieces of information have been gathered, we will be able to pass them along to the appropriate support team to investigate further. We look forward to hearing back from you.

I have the Onn wireless subwoofer is making a popping noise every so often. We have the wireless speakers and  smart tv. How do we fix this issue as they are less than six months old.
