I have tried everything, including a system restart, and the narrator for volume changes still does not turn off. Screen reader is set to off.
Help appreciated.

Hi @hanspl,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Could you confirm where you hear the screen reader—from the main menu or when accessing a specific channel? Have you tried to turn off the screen reader by pressing the Star button on the Roku remote four times quickly? If the issues occur on a specific channel only, have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps? If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and re-install it.
To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Let us know.
All the best,
Chel
