Roku stuck on rdio no fix

My TCL reputv is stuck in Rdio mode cannot do anything even went and purchased a new remote cannot get there about my TV they are doing nothing to fix this as I read several complaints time we take a stand and get these people to fix it

For us to provide you with an accurate resolution, may we know the following details:

  1. When did the issue start?
  2. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
  3. Could you send us a photo of the screen your TV is stuck on?

We recommend performing a system restart on your TV initially just to check for improvements. To do so, go to Settings > System > Power (skip if option unavailable) > Restart.

Janadee, every single button you press on the controller takes you to the Rdio app. There is no way to use the controller to go to Settings and perform a Restart. I’ve seen numerous complaints about this issue and not a single effective solution.
