My Roku apps shut down after three minutes and the tv goes back to the Roku home page.
I have tried all the suggested remedies: restart the Roku, checked for updates, removing and reinstalling channels, moving the power source from the TV to an outlet, but none have resolved the issue.
What can I try next? Should I do a factory reset?

i had the same problem. looked for 5 days on google. they suggest clear your cache. tap your home button 5 times, then the up button once, then rewind 2 times, then fast forward 2 times. then wait for the tv to shut down and come back on. i tried that 4 days ago, haven't had a shut down since.
