I'm having this same issue. I've tried everything possible. Desperately need help!?!
Yesterday I noticed one of my back speakers not play sound. I tried to re pair and it didn't work. I removed the pair of speakers from the sound bar and I can not seem to get them pair again. I've updated the sound bar software. Factory reset both the sound bar and speakers. Any other suggestions?!?
