I have several Roku products scattered around my house. My soundbar pro suddenly started having sound issues. I disconnected it and went and got another regular soundbar from another room, connected it to my tv and continued watching with no problems. Afterwards I reset my Soundbar pro and tried to set it up. It gets to a point where it says Something went wrong and to make sure I am connected to the ARC, HDMI port, (I am) and will not continue from that point. As I mentioned my other soundbar is having no issues.
