I have a brand new Roku Streambar Pro. I’ve updated the software but when I plug it in it won’t pair to my 2 wireless speakers. It gets to 100% updating speakers and then freezes.

I’ve tried everything on that page.
I’ve tried everything in that support chat. The wifi connection says “excellent”. It even gets to 100% on the updating speakers page but then freezes and a few minutes later an error message comes up that says “cannot connect speakers”. I’ve tried everything. there is sound coming out of both speakers so I think they’re working. Not sure what else I can do.
