I spend too much time doing a system factory reset every week because of no sound.
You have to set up up all accounts all over again. Set up internet connection .. again ... Roku makes you sign up for their account --- again.. this is nutz.
Will no longer recommend Roku TV.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with no sound coming out from your Roku device. Instead of performing a factory reset, have you tried following the troubleshooting steps first that can be found on our support page at What to do if you do not hear sound from your Roku streaming player
