I've sent at least 15 reports, and I've discovered a few things:
1) It never goes to homescreen during commercials.
2) It's not my WiFi, or my modem.
If I get an Ethernet cable, will that eliminate the issues?

Same for me... but not as frequent..Roku 4k ultra user here too... All apps updated.. rebooted device... Ethernet fiber connection super fast.... I watch Plex a lot and two times in the middle of watching something on Plex... I notice everything is dead quite and I look and I'm on the home screen of Roku... Wasn't even anywhere close to the remote as I was watching a playlist
