Can I control my Roku Streambar with my Firestick remote?

I want to use the streambar as audio only, as I use my Firestick to stream everything I need. 

I have the sound working but I'd like to use the firestick remote to adjust the volume. 

Is this possible?

The confusion over using your Roku Streambar with a Firestick remote is something we absolutely can assist to clear up. Only Roku remotes are compatible with the Roku Streambar.

If your tv recognizes the streambar as a cec device, then all you have to do is program the firestick remote for your brand of tv, in turn the tv volume controls the streambar volume.
