Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you are seeing with your Roku Streambar and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've done so far.
This might occur if the Roku Streambar isn't receiving sufficient network. We want to perform a few steps to make sure we are providing the best service. Please try the steps below to help resolve the problem.
- System restart by navigating to Home screen > Settings > System > System restart
- Restart your router - unplug the power cable that connects your router to the wall outlet, wait for 10 seconds, and replug the cables back on
- Check if the issue occurs. If it persists, perform a network connection reset by navigating to Home screen > Settings > System > Advance system settings > Network connection reset > Reset connection
- Connect the device to the network by navigating to Home screen > Network > Setup connection > Wireless > Your home network > Enter the password > Choose connect
