If this issue is not resolved, please let us know along with any additional information you may have that would be helpful for our team to assist you further in this problem. Kindly provide us the serial number/device ID of your Roku device by going to Settings > System > About.

Keep us posted with the details.

Please reply here with the serial number of the affected Roku device. It can be found in Settings > System > About. Once we have the information needed, we'll be able to forward it to our support team for further assistance.

Static when bass in turned on. Ive tried a system reset, and have gone through every setting.
