Still no help..I can't try another tv as I don't have another. I love roku, but seriously, the company needs to address this problem before we all switch to firestick!
I did a rma they are sending me a new one and I have to return the defective unit I have.
@cybergrimes thanks for heads up. Going to do the same, it's been offline since which is a waste... mind as well RMA and call it a day lol.
Thought too it was software side. And maybe it is, BUT if they're not fixing with updates theeen might as well send that replacement. Thx

My Streambar has developed low frequency bass distortion.
